Michelle Kaplon and her brothers, Michael and Paul, wanted
to give Mom a special Mother's Day gift. Michelle remembered Mrs.
Kaplon mentioning that several of her friends had beautiful portraits from
Laurie Studio hanging in their homes. She often hinted that she also
would like a Laurie Studio Portrait. Michelle met with Kathie to
plan the Mother's Day surprise. It was decided a Location Portrait
Session at the Beach would be the best setting. Michelle was able
to coordinate everyone's schedule, which was no easy task. When Mrs.
Kaplon and Michelle came in to choose the wall portrait, Michelle said,
"At first we were nervous, but Ken told us to loosen up and just have fun.
That's what we did, the sitting was a lot of fun." |
