"I just wanted to take a moment to thank you for being so patient with our kids during our picture taking.  I left the pond and I could not believe how easy you made having our photos taking.  We have gone to sears and the picture people in the past and always left frustrated and unhappy with the pictures.  At first I was a little hesitant on using you because of the price but I am so happy I changed my mind.  I came home and immediately called friends of mine telling them how wonderful you made having our photos taking.  Not only was it easy but our pictures came out GREAT.  I can't believe how quickly we were able to see them.  Thanks again."
